Section 12 in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
12. Pitching of tents and use of kitchens, etc.
(1)All persons whether occupying the Rest House or not, but using the compound for pitching tents shall be subject to the Rest House Rules. Priority of the use of kitchens, out houses and utensils, etc. shall rest with the occupants of the Rest House.(2)All non-entitled persons occupying the Rest House and also using the compound for pitching tents shall pay fee of Rs.5 (Rupees five) for the period in addition to the Rest House rent payable by them.
