Section 24A(4) in The Rajasthan Co-Operative Service Rules, 1954
(4)(a)The inter se seniority of persons so selected shall be determined by the Government on ad hoc basis on the advice of the Committee taking into consideration their qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.(b)Notwithstanding anything contained to the Contrary in these Rules, the inter-laced Seniority in the Service of the persons so selected shall be determined by the Government on ad hoc basis on the advice of the Committee.Explanation.- (1) For the purpose of this Rule, experience in the Rajasthan Subordinate Cooperative Service (Class I) or on any post included in the Rajasthan Cooperative Service will be deemed as qualifying service.
