(2)These Regulations shall also apply in determining tariff payable for wheeling of electricity by a Distribution System User who has been allowed open access to the distribution system of a Distribution Licensee in accordance with the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access) Regulations, 2004:
