Section 25(1) in Himachal Pradesh Para-Veterinary Council Act, 2010
(1)If it appears to the Council-(a)that the courses of study and examination to be undergone in or the proficiency required from candidates at any examination held by any University or Para-veterinary institution do not conform to the standards prescribed by regulations by the Council; or(b)that the staff, equipments, accommodation, training and other facilities for instruction and training provided in such University or Para-veterinary institution or in any college or other institution affiliated to that University do not conform to the standards prescribed by regulations by the Council, the council shall take action for the withdrawal of recognition.
