Section 81(1) in Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015
(1)If a fresh poll is held under rule 52, the Returning Officer shall, after completion of that poll, recommence the counting of votes on the date and time and place which has been fixed by the Commission in that behalf and of which notice, has previously been given to the candidates and their agents.
