10. Means of communication.
(1)In every ship, an efficient two way means of calling and voice communication shall be provided between the receiver of the radio direction-finder and the bridge from which the ship is normally navigated.(2)In every such ship an efficient means of signalling shall be provided between the receiver of the radio direction-finder and the ship's standard compass or gyro compass repeater, if any.
