Section 87(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(1)Notwithstanding the fact that the whole time of an employee is at the disposal of the Corporation, the Corporation may grant overtime allowance, not counting as pay, to an employee who is required to work on Sundays or holidays or to put in extra hours on weak days in connection with the Corporation's work.
