Section 99(3) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(3)(i)the fee to be charged for carrying out the work of grading' of agricultural produce shall not exceed the maximum specified in the bye-laws.(ii)the fees to be charged for carrying out or supervising the ginning and pressing of pure varieties of cotton shall not exceed the maximum specified in the bye-laws.
