Section 12(1) in National Institute of Fashion Technology Statutes, 2020
(1)There shall be a Finance and Audit Committee consisting of the following members, namely: -(a)Financial Advisor of the Ministry of Textiles in the Government of India dealing with the Institute, who shall be the Chairperson of the Committee-ex officio;(b)Director General of the Institute-member ex officio;(c)Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles in the Government of India dealing with the Institute-member-ex officio;(d)two other members of the Board to be nominated by the Board.
