9. Compassionate Appointment and Special Appointment.
(1)If the State Government upgrades any center of teaching children by whatever name called to a primary school, then the State Government may for reasons to be recorded, direct the appointing authority to appoint those persons as Samvida Shala Shikshaks for a period of one year to such upgraded primary schools who have been teaching children in such centers, and who fulfil the minimum qualifications of Samvida Shala Shikshak under these rules, and in compliance of the directions of the State Government the appointing authority shall appoint that person in that upgraded primary school for the period of one year on the post of Samvida Shala Shikshak.(2)The posts of Samvida Shala Shikshaks shall be available for compassionate appointments for the employees of the State Government, and Collector may, under the orders issued by the State Government from time to time, direct the appointing authority that a person be appointed on compassionate grounds to the post of Samvida Shala Shikshak for a period of one year, and in compliance of the direction of the Collector, the appointing authority shall appoint that person on the post of Samvida Shala Shikshak for a period of one year in a specific school.
