Section 19(2) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(2)The University shall also establish a unique walk in, study and get certified International Skill Training school in various parts of the State which shall be opened to all and the courses taught in that center shall be free of cost to the students with twenty percent of the seats reserved for students from the State of Manipur.
