Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Sports University, Jhunjhunu Act, 2013
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(b)the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;(c)the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Youth Affairs and Sports Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;(d)the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(e)one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Board from amongst its non-official members;(f)two professors, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board; and(g)the Comptroller, who shall be the Member- Secretary of the Committee.
