Section 13(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(1)The Authority shall meet at such time and place as it deems fit, subject to the following: -(a)an ordinary meeting shall be held once in every three months;(b)the Chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, call special meeting either himself or on the directions of the State Government;(c)every meeting shall be presided over by the Chairman and in his absence by the Vice-Chairman and in the absence of both, by the acting Chairman;(d)all questions at any meeting shall be decided by a majority of the members present and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall be entitled to exercise a casting vote; and(e)the minutes of the proceedings of every meeting shall be recorded in a book to be provided for the purpose under the signature of the Chairman of the meeting and the Chief Executive Officer.
