Section 4(i) in The Professional Examination of Power Engineers for Thermal Generation Regulations, 1988
(i)Subject to provisions of Regulation 7, an Engineer who does not pass the examination within the period laid down in Regulation 3 shall not be eligible to draw any annual increment that may fall due.
