Section 23(3) in Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani And Yoga Practitioners' Registration And Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(3)It shall be the duty of the Board to secure the maintenance of an adequate standard of proficiency for the practice of the systems of medicine. For the purpose of securing such standard, the Board shall have authority to call on the governing body or authorities of any institution giving instruction in the systems of medicine and on any examining body authorised by or desirous of being authorised under sub-section (2),-(a)to furnish such particulars as the Board shall require of any course of study prescribed by regulations or examinations held by such body or authority or in such school or college with reference to the grant of any qualification;(b)and to permit Inspectors appointed by the Board to attend and be present at all or any of the qualifying or prior examinations.
