Section 28(7) in Manipur International University Act, 2018

(7)There shall be an. Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the University and an External Quality Assurance Cell (EQAC) of the University. The External Quality Assurance Cell (EQAC) of the University shall work directly under the directions and guidance of the State Advisory Council of the University while the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of University shall report to the Chancellor.
