56. Sealing of other packets.
(1)The Presiding Officer shall make separate packet for each of the following :(a)the copy of the electoral roll ;(b)the counterfoils of used ballot papers ;(c)the ballot papers signed in full by the Presiding Officer but not issued to the voters ;(d)any other ballot papers not issued to the voters ;(e)the ballot papers cancelled for violating the voting procedure ;(f)any other cancelled ballot papers ;(g)the cover containing the tendered ballot papers and the list in Form X.(h)the list of challenged votes in Form Z ; and(i)such other papers as may be directed by the Registrar to be kept in sealed packets.(2)Each packet as aforesaid shall be sealed with the seal of the Presiding Officer and with the seals of either the contesting Trade Unions or their election agents or polling agents who may be present at the polling station and may desire to affix their seals thereon.
