Section 57 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
57. Directives by State Government.
(1)The Government of Nagaland has powers to give directives to the University if mismanagement, mal-administration, indiscipline, financial crisis and failure to comply with this Act and regulations made thereunder, come to notice of the Government of Nagaland.(2)The University shall comply with all the directives given to it by the Government of Nagaland.
