Section 57(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)The Government of Nagaland has powers to give directives to the University if mismanagement, mal-administration, indiscipline, financial crisis and failure to comply with this Act and regulations made thereunder, come to notice of the Government of Nagaland.
