(1)There shall be a Gandhi Pathagar located at each Block headquarters.(2)The Gandhi Pathagar shall function under the over-all supervision of the Panchayat Samiti, as the Block Level Library and Information Centre-cum-Reading Room. It shall also include Sections for Gandhian Studies, for children and for neoliterates.(3)Promotion of library services, Book-promotion, Gandhian Studies and other ancillary activities shall comprise the objects of the Gandhi Pathagar.
