Section 30(1) in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
(1)Candidates for the examination for National Certificate of Supervisors shall-(a)submit testimonials relating to Higher Secondary or Diploma in Engineering Disciplines or National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (NCTVT) or its equivalent from any recognised board or council; and(b)possess approved practical experience of not less than ten years in electrical installation work:
