Section 64(1)(v) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990

(v)The Chairman of the Selection Committee may at his discretion, from time to time shall nominate on the Selection Committee not more than two experts not necessarily working under the University, as a member/members.
