(4)"Transmission" means transmission system of voltage equal to higher than 132 KV.Words or expressions occurring in these regulations and not defined herein shall bear the same meaning as assigned to them in the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2004 and those not defined therein, as that defined in the Electricity Act 2003.
