Section 9B(2) in First Statutes of the Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur
(2)Functions:(i)to recommend to the Academic Council for recognition the diplomas and degrees of other Universities and Institutions and to determine their corresponding value in relation to the diplomas and degrees of the Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur;(ii)to report on all matters regarding equivalence which are referred to it by the Vice-Chancellor;(iii)to consider application for recognition of examinations received from other Universities and Bodies and submit its recommendations;(iv)to consider applications from individuals seeking admission to a particular course of study in this University, as a special case and make its recommendation to the Vice-Chancellor.
