Section 8(2) in Armourer, Class III, Home Guards Organisation (Competitive Examination) Rules, 2012
(2)A candidate who desires to appear at the examination shall be required to submit an application form as prescribed by the Board along with such fees, in such manner and within such time limit as specified by the Board, The fees once paid shall not be refunded or held over for the subsequent examination.
