(3)Nothing in this [rule] [Substituted 'regulation' by Notification No. G.S.R. 459(E), dated 30.6.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).] shall apply to(a)evidence given at an inquiry before an authority appointed by the Government, by Parliament or by a State Legislature or [Board] [Substituted 'Corporation' by Notification No. G.S.R. 481(E), dated 7.7.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).]: or(b)evidence given in any judicial inquiry; or(c)evidence given at any departmental inquiry ordered by the [Board] [Substituted 'Corporation' by Notification No. G.S.R. 481(E), dated 7.7.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).] or by any authority subordinate to it or by the Government.
