Section 44(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Adhiniyam and statutes, the authorities of the Vishwavidyalaya may make regulations consistent with this Adhiniyam to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely(a)the appointment, procedure for selection, pay and allowances and other conditions of service of officers, teachers and other employees of the Vishwavidyalaya;(b)the giving of notice to the members of any authority of the Vishwavidyalaya the dates of the meetings and the business to be transacted at the meetings and for keeping record of the proceedings of the meetings;(c)the procedure to be observed at the meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum; and(d)any other matter which is required to be or may be prescribed by regulations.
