Section 51(1) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(1)An appeal shall lie,-(a)if the order is made by the Registrar, appointed under subsection(1) of section 3, either in original case or in appeal under clause (b), to the State Government;(b)if the order is made by the subordinate officers, appointed under sub-section(2) of section 3 or any other person, to the Registrar appointed, under sub-section (1) of section 3.
