Section 5(5)(iv) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(iv)appeared in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test conducted in the current academic year shall be eligible for admission and his candidature shall be included in the second merit list as prescribed in clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 11.
