25. Fund of Institute.
(1)The Institute shall establish and maintain a Fund to be called the Fund of the Institute.(2)The following shall form part of, or be paid into, the Institute Fund :-(a)all moneys provided by the State Government;(b)any contribution or grant by the Central Government or other State Governments;(c)all fees and others receipts received by the Institute ;(d)all moneys received by the Institute by way of gilts, donations, trust, endowment or transfers and other grant, if any;(e)all moneys received by the Institute in any other manner or from any other service.
