Section 40(1) in The Rajasthan Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur Act, 2000
(1)The authorities of the University may make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes for,-(i)laying down the procedure for their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum;(ii)providing for matters which by this Act and the Statutes are to be regulated by Regulations; and(iii)providing for any other matter solely concerning the authority and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes.
