Section 1 in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Tube-Well Land) Rules, 1968
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan [Land Revenue] [Inserted by S O. 12, Dated 2-6-1970; published in Rajasthan Gazette Part IV(Ga)(I), Dated 16-7-70, p. 35.] (Allotment of Tube-well Land), Rules, 1968.(2)They shall extent to the districts of Jaisalmer and Banner [and Bikaner] [Added by S O. 12, Dated 2-6-1970; published in Rajasthan Gazette Part IV(Ga)(I), Dated 16-7-70, p. 35.](3)They shall come into force at once.
