Section 42(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, no candidate who has been rusticated at any time during an academic year by the Head of the Administrative Department shall be admitted to an examination held that academic year.
