42. Rustication or expulsion.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, no candidate who has been rusticated at any time during an academic year by the Head of the Administrative Department shall be admitted to an examination held that academic year.(2)No candidate who has been expelled from an affiliated institution after the submission of this application form for admission to any of the Board's Examination and who is not admitted to any affiliated institution thereafter shall be allowed to appear at the examination.Note-If the above penalty is imposed during the course of an examination or after the examination but before the close of that session in which the examination is conducted his/her examination shall be cancelled.
