26. Symbol of election.
(1)The Director shall by order, paste on the notice board of the marketing committee and specify the symbols that may be chosen by candidates at an election in any constituency and the restrictions to which their choice shall be subject.(2)Where at any such election more nomination papers than one are delivered on behalf of a candidate the declarations as to symbols made in the nomination papers first delivered and no other declaration as to symbol shall be taken into consideration even if that nomination has been rejected.
