(5)Candidate for the Final Secondary Technical Certificate Examination shall be required to passed the educational qualification prescribed thereafter. They shall also be required to have passed the Second Year Annual Examination conducted by a Secondary Technical School affiliated to the Board and attended Secondary Technical School affiliated to the Board for a period of not less than one session thereafter.
