Section 3(c) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(c)The examination shall be held at such centers and on such dates and at such times, as the Board may, from time to time decide. The exact dates of the main examination, except the back paper examination for final year students, shall be notified to all the institution affiliated to the Board, at least one month before the commencement of the examination. The examination shall be held simultaneously in at all centres.
