Section 12 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
12. Executive Committee and other committees.
(1)The Council shall constitute from among its members an executive committee and may constitute such other committees for such general or specific purposes as the Council considers necessary and may co-opt any person or persons specifically qualified to advise on any matter to any committee other than executive committee. The composition anti function of executive committee shall be such as may be provided in the regulation.(2)A committee constituted under this Section shall meet at such time and at such place and shall observe such Rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be provided in the regulation.
