Section 3(5)(ii) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Grid Code, 2005

(ii)Where any of the provisions of this Code is found to be inconsistent with those of the Act, rules or regulations made there under, not withstanding such inconsistency, the remaining provisions of this Code shall remain operative.
