9. Constitution of Central Khadi Mark Committee and Zonal Khadi Mark Committees.
(1)The Commission shall constitute a Central Khadi Mark Committee for the purpose of issuance of Khadi Mark registration ensuring genuineness of khadi and khadi products for the purposes of performing the functions specified in sub-regulation (1) of regulation 11.(2)The Commission shall constitute the Zonal Khadi Mark Committee for each zone, specified in the Act and rules made there-under, for the purposes of performing the functions specified in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 11.
