(3)In the case of Part Time Diploma Course having a duration of Four Years, candidate for the Third Year Annual Examination shall be required to have passed the Second Year Annual Examination conducted by the Board and to have attended an Engineering or Technological Institutions affiliated to the Board for a period of not less than one session thereafter.
