Section 12(2) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(2)All non-entitled persons occupying the Rest House and also using the compound for pitching tents shall pay fee of Rs.5 (Rupees five) for the period in addition to the Rest House rent payable by them.
