(1)The Senate may, by Statutes, constitute such other authorities and bodies as it may, from time to time, think necessary for the purpose of conducting the work of the University.(2)The powers and duties of such authorities and bodies, and the procedure at their meetings shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.
