Section 82 in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
82. Prohibition against using places so set apart for purposes other than those Notified.
- No person shall-(a)bathe in or defile, the water in any place set apart for drinking or cooking purposes either by a Gram Panchayat or in the case of private property, by the owner thereof; or(b)deposit any offensive or deleterious matter in the bed of any place set apart as aforesaid when such bed is dry; or(c)wash clothing in any place set apart as aforesaid; or(d)wash any animal or any cooking utensil or wool, skins or other foul or offensive substance or deposit any offensive or deleterious matter in any other place set apart as aforesaid or set apart for bathing or for washing clothes.(e)allow the water from a sink, sewer, drain engine or boiler, or any other offensive matter belonging to him or flowing from any building or land belonging to or occupied by him, to pass into any place set apart as aforesaid or set apart for bathing or for washing clothes.
