Heard learned counsels for the petitioner of the aforesaid cases and learned counsel for the State.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel Patna High Court CWJC No.4749 of 2021(9) dt.25-11-2025 17/24 for the petitioner of these cases that the vehicle/s in question has already been released.
3. This Court is of the view that these cases should be decided after the disposal of the criminal cases.
4. In view of the above, the aforesaid writ applications are admitted and the same shall be heard.
5. During pendency of these writ petitions, the interim orders releasing the respective vehicles shall continue.

9. In all the aforesaid writ applications, the vehicle/s have been seized by respondent authorities.
10. This Court is of the view that these cases should be decided after the disposal of the criminal cases.
11. Accordingly, these cases are admitted and will be heard.
12. In the interest of justice, since no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping the vehicles of the petitioners seized and also considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sunderbhai Ambalal Desai Vs. State of Gujarat reported as 2002 (10) SCC 283 and also the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1637 of 2015 (Baleshwar Roy Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.), this Court is inclined to release the vehicle/s of the petitioners.
