Section 15(1) in The Tamil Nadu Aquaculture (Regulation) Act, 1995
(1)Any person aggrieved by-(a)an order of the Director refusing to grant or renew a licence or cancelling or suspending a licence under this Act; or(b)an order of the Director under sub-section (4) of section 14, may in such form, in such manner and within such period, as may be prescribed, appeal to the Government:Provided that the Government may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the prescribed period, if they are satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
