Section 112(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)On the basis of approved sales forecast, the distribution licensee shall work out requirement of half yearly sales to different consumer categories, taking into account seasonal variations in demand during the year.
