Section 54 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
54. Recruitment and conditions of service of employees.
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, also officers and employees of the University shall be recruited under a written agreement.(2)Officers and employees shall hold the posts to which they are recruited as per terms and conditions prescribed in regulations.
