(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such bye-laws may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:(a)the terms and conditions for supply of water for domestic or other purposes;(b)the installation of meters or the transfer of their connection and their use, maintenance, testing, disconnection and reconnection, the fees rent and other, charges in respect thereof, including the furnishing of security by the consumer and matters connected therewith;(c)the fees, rent and other charges to be paid for connection with the sewer of the Board and other terms and conditions for such connections;(d)any other fees and charges to be paid to the Board for service to the consumers; and(e)any other matter for which provision is to be or may be made by bye-laws.
