- 64.1 The relevant provisions of the Jharkhand Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1954 or any other relevant act shall apply for planning, designing and construction of Cinema and Theatre buildings.64.2No permission for construction of a building to be used as a cinema hail, theatre or auditoria for cultural show shall be granted unless the construction of such buildings conforms to the provisions of the Jharkhand cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1954 or any other law in the subject for the time being in force in the State.64.3All cinema, theatre or auditoria buildings shall conform to IS; 4898 1968 and acoustics design of such buildings shall adhere to the requirements of IS; 2526-1963.64.4Exits and fire safety requirements shall be in accordance with Part IV (Fire and life safety) of National Building Code of India, 2005.
